Acute spontaneous subdural hematoma: A literature review

Introduction: Cases of acute subdural hematomas are considered medical emergencies that should be treated with maximum urgency and efficacy. One class this type brain bleeding is spontaneous, classified mainly by the absence trauma history distinct etiologies. Results Discussion: A significant portion articles showed hematoma caused etiologies different from traumatic cause, showing a difference in precipitating factor, but keeping typical picture bleeding. Conclusion: It possible realize modality bleeding, it precipitated non-traumatic causes, such as arteriovenous malformations rupture aneurysms hypertensive peaks. prognosis reserved, given its dependence site involvement, well management adopted for patient.
